Collectively, our directors have over 75 years experience in the advertising and media sector, we have long standing relationships with clients and media owners, forming the foundations for successful campaigns.

We have been creating, building and growing brands since 2004. Everything from advertising campaigns, branding and websites to marketing strategy, media planning and buying.

Hilary Pickering, Media Director

Hilary has sold media to clients locally and nationally for over 25 years.  Her knowledge of the marketplace and options within is unrivalled.

Her mission is to use her extensive expertise to plan and buy the most balanced campaign based on your objectives, whilst driving value with the media owners. Whether you are looking for Radio, TV, Digital, OOH or a mix of all, be assured your campaign planning and buying is in very good hands.

 

 

Lisa Pearson, Growth & Development Partner

Lisa is a senior marketing professional with extensive, multi-sector experience in driving business growth through the development and delivery of considered marketing and communications strategies.

Lisa recently completed an MSc in Management Practice at The University of Manchester: Alliance Business School. With a strong professional & personal network across the UK, she is a proud advocate for equality and inclusivity initiatives, whilst also always championing health and wellbeing projects & causes.

 

 

Emma Al-Hadithi, Account & Project Manager

Emma is Springboard’s Account and Project Manager working at the intersection of creativity and campaign planning in the agency. She also manages special projects like our media-bus tour for Merseyside Police and organisation of training sessions.

She specialises in building long-lasting and meaningful client relationships – managing integrated campaigns, liaising with cross-functional teams, and ensuring every project lands with impact. From briefing creatives and aligning media plans to tracking performance, she acts as the connection between brilliant ideas and flawless execution.

 

 

David Al-Hadithi, Creative Director

A renowned and respected figure within the advertising and creative industry, David has a track record of effectively growing market presence. Qualified advisor, talented and award-winning creative director, he has worked with brands such as egg.com, RSA, Merrill Lynch and Sport England.

Highly accomplished in business, he is also a Director at Socialike and Follow Media and shareholder at The Foundry Agency.

 

 

Zack Al-Hadithi, Digital Campaign Manager & Designer

As the youngest member of our team, Zack’s skills and knowledge of social media and digital campaigns are, as you would expect, cutting-edge. He is a qualified Google, TikTok & Meta ads specialist as well as being highly experienced across a number of other digital self-serve platforms. He works with the team and our customers to ensure best value through performance analysis as well as detailed reporting.

 

Dave Monk, Head of Digital Audio

Dave is an award-winning creative leader with over 35 years’ experience shaping the sound of audio advertising in the UK and beyond.

Before joining Springboard, Dave was Head of Creative Production at Bauer Media, where he led a team of more than 40 writers and producers, delivering standout campaigns across 88 radio stations nationwide.

Throughout his career, Dave has crafted powerful and effective audio campaigns for thousands of blue-chip brands, combining strategic insight with creative flair to make messages truly resonate. Dave brings his wealth of experience and innovative thinking to help brands harness the full potential of digital audio — turning ideas into campaigns that connect, captivate, and convert.
