Collectively, our directors have over 75 years experience in the advertising and media sector, we have long standing relationships with clients and media owners, forming the foundations for successful campaigns.

We have been creating, building and growing brands since 2004. Everything from advertising campaigns, branding and websites to marketing strategy, media planning and buying.

David Al-Hadithi, Creative Director

A renowned and respected figure within the advertising and creative industry. David has a track record of effectively growing market presence. Qualified advisor, talented and award-winning creative director, he has worked with brands such as egg.com, RSA, Merrill Lynch and Sport England.

Highly accomplished in business, he is also a Director at Socialike and Follow Media and shareholder at The Foundry Agency.

 

Anna Crockett, Managing Director

Anna has worked across all a wide range of media owners, for more years than she will admit to, and at the helm here at Springboard for 4 years, so knows exactly how to creatively plan multi media campaigns that will deliver on every level;  value, behavioural change, outcomes. You are in safe hands.

Backed up with recent Masters knowledge in health and social wellbeing to inform the sophisticated campaigns she creates, she’s much more than a media planner and buyer, she is a collaborator right across the Public Sector with a wealth of clients across the NHS, Public Health, Local Government,  education and many others.

Hilary Pickering, Media Director

Hilary has sold media to clients locally and nationally for over 25 years.  Her knowledge of the marketplace and options within is unrivalled.
